The "Photographer of the Year" Awards were chosen by a panel of international judges and curators. With more than 80,000 participants each recipient of the "NOIR, SILVER CAMERA AWARD", is granted the Certificate of Achievement "PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR". This is the highest achievement of NOIR.
